The opportunity Port Stephens Compliance Team are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused individual to offer high level support to our Compliance Team on a permanent full-time basis. Our Compliance Support Officers are key to the day-to-day running of our wider team, being the first point of contact for customer requests. You will triage, review, and respond to matters regarding Environmental Health, Ranger and Compliance operations, as well as play a key role when it comes to receiving, coordinating, and assisting with the assessment and approval of applications in accordance with relevant legislative requirements. Coordinate and process customer requests and enquiries, ensuring timely and professional service. Manage correspondence, records and databases to keep workflows accurate and efficient.
